  1. Season chicken breast with paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Slice chicken if you prefer small pieces.
  2. Prepare the chicken in preheated grill, over medium heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. For well done the temperature inside should be at least 160 °F.
  3. Sprinkle with scallions and serve as desired.
