Armadillo Eggs
Armadillo Eggs are a southern favorite. Add a little southern heat to your next gathering. These have always been a popular snack to serve while watching your favorite team play.

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. De-seed jalapenos and stuff with Colby/Jack Cheese
  3. Mix pork sausage, Bisquick, and 1 bag of Colby/Jack Cheese to form a stiff dough.
  4. Wrap stuffed jalapenos with dough and carefully seal the ends.
  5. Dip into beaten eggs, then roll in Shake n' Bake.
  6. Place in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
