Instructions
  1. Season ribs with olive oil, salt, herbs and pepper to taste.
  2. Prepare the ribs in preheated grill, over medium-low heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 25 minutes per side. For well done the temperature inside should be at least 160 °F.
