  1. Season ground beef with honey, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Prepare the ribs in preheated grill, over medium-low heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 25 minutes per side. For well done the temperature inside should be at least 160 °F.

Serve with potatoes, salad and vegetables. Sprinkle with fresh herbs for a great look!
